When you are building an online network marketing business, it is important to focus on the seven steps involved in the building of this business.
This will allow you to focus your energy on what needs to be done and what skills you need to learn, one step at a time:
1. Exposure: Getting as many visits to your website as possible
2. Initial contact: This is where you sort out the people that need to be followed up with from the ones you should just forget about. Those people that are serious are the ones you should direct to the next step.
3. Presentation: Use whatever process is available to you and your team. From online presentations, group presentations, one on one presentations etc.
This is where you bring people to the system. Don’t do it yourself, show people that there is a system in place!
4. Close/ follow up: If you do not ask, you will not get. Find out an answer!
5. On the job training: Help people get started
6. Duplication: Make sure that people have a system that they can follow!
7. Leadership training: Work with those people that want to take this to the next level! Make sure they know how to build a huge team.
Focus on learning all the skills needed for each step, learn how to do one at a time. The more of an expert you are at each step the better the results that you will get.
