Anyone that has a successful blog will tell you, if you want to be effective, then put a post in at least three times per week.
This is a minimum requirement if you want to keep your blog active and healthy.
For people that are starting out blogging however:
The number 1 question is, what the hell do i write about each time????
You may even be an expert at your business however when it comes to making a post frequently, your mind may draw a blank in front of the computer and or even worse you may have ideas when you are miles away from a computer!
One of the first tips to remember, is that your blog posts do not need to be complicated or too lengthy. They can just be a few sentences with your thoughts, a concept that makes blogging a lot easier than people’s perception of writing an essay every two days!
Here are ten hot items to use when blogging for your business:
1. Trends in the industry: Check out other blogs or subscribe to other news articles, see what information other people are putting online about your industry.
2. Getting personal: Share your thoughts with people and show them that there is a human side to your business
3. Make a top 10 of different interest topics related to your business.- Notice how i am doing a little version of this in this post 
4. Interview an Expert – interview an expert and ask them a few questions related to your industry
5. Develop a tutorial – teach people how to use a service or give them something that will benefit them
6. Review a product or service related to your industry
7. Write about how you helped a client of yours achieve results and how they benefited from your product or service
8. Report about events – Write about events that are happening in your area or industry and give feedback to your subscribers.
9. Solicit questions and answers – Ask people some questions to encourage interaction
10. Write to people that are new or just starting to learn about your industry – educating people that are just thinking of getting into your industry can create long term subscribers if you do it correctly!
