2. “I never see failure as failure but only as the negative feedback that I need to change course in my direction”
- think of a torpedo with a sonar, it gets feedback every time it goes off course, readjusts direction and keeps moving! To hit its target it has to do this, it is not built to give up and go home the first time it hears that it is not doing the right thing!

- some failure turns into funny stories down the lines, the key is to laugh sooner at the right situation!
